Asset standards
Overview
Asset Standards are the generic assets that an organization owns. These are assets that are not tracked individually.
The model or group of asset could be an asset standard while a specific physical asset with a serial number would be an asset. An asset can be assigned an asset standard.
e.g.,
An asset standard: Apple Laptop
An asset: Apple Laptop with Serial Number 1234567890 given to Jane Doe
