Floor Plan Overview

The Floor Plan display and navigation interface contains components which, depending on the configuration supplied by system administrators, will be usable in manipulating the plan. These may include the following controls.

1. Floor Selector

   A drop down pick list to switch to a different floor in the same building.

2. Floor Tools Menu

   The menu provides access to view printable title blocks, switch layer sets, and use various navigational tools.

3. Floor Search Menu

   Search for rooms by number, name, classification or department.

4. Floor Navigation

   These on screen tools are used to zoom in and out of the floor plan and rotate the floor plan view.

5. Floor Legend

   An on screen area as a guide to the items displayed on the floor plan as well as a rooms lists, and text manipulation tools. Selecting the tab on the left will hide or un-hide the legend area.
